As gevolg hiervan is daar baie gewilde troubestemmings in Mexiko.

Gay Marriage and Weddings

Though gay marriage in Mexico is not necessarily legal in all jurisdictions, it is legal in much of Mexico. In addition, in 2015, the Mexican Supreme Court issued a ruling that said any same-sex marriage performed in Mexico must be recognized by the country at a federal level, which was a huge win for the Mexican LGBT community and for same-sex couples all over. As a result, there are many popular wedding destinations in Mexico. And, since there is no official residency requirement for civil ceremonies, many choose to have their gay wedding abroad in Mexico. With its stunning landscape, tropical climate, and amazing beaches, there is no question that Mexico is an amazing backdrop for a gay wedding.

With its extravagant and exciting gay clubs and bars, Mexico City is widely considered the capital of gay Mexican nightlife. At the center of this capital is Zona Rosa, a neighborhood in Mexico City that is especially popular for its shopping, nightlife, and overall gay community. But, Mexico City does not wholly define Mexico's gay scene, as there are plenty of gay bars and clubs in Cancun and other major Mexican cities.
